Procurement Specialist

Category experience in the outsourcing of temporary staffing management and proactive support to the Category team. Must have at least 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience in temporary staffing, with experience with managed service providers. Must have experience in reviewing, summarizing and analyzing data. Knowledge of Vendor Management Solution applications, specifically Field glass. Must be proficient in MS Office tools including Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Senior Supply Chain Analyst
Location - Houston
Use research and analysis to improve the supply chain process. As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst you will evaluate key categories, supplier groups and performance using company and industry trends. Apply your skills to coordinating research using third-party data, recommending strategies based on company and industry trends, and utilizing various data sources to analyze supply chain performance. Requirements include an undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar discipline is required and a minimum of 3 year industry experience. SAP experience preferred.
Project Manager
Location - Houston
Liaise with Account Managers to assist in establishing and maintaining client activity for the Controls Product Line. Be customer point of contact for Drilling Controls related activities and have “inception to completion” responsibility for understanding, communicating and execution of customer’s activities within the operation. Materials covered by the manuals include installation Operation and maintenance as well as illustrations of oilfield drilling and production equipment. Information will include blueprints, Sketches, Specifications and Drawings. Extensive familiarity with oilfield equipment and offshore operations required.
Purchasing Agent II Buyer
Location - Houston
Procures and maintains prescribed inventory levels for assigned suppliers through total adherence to supplier requirements, proper maintenance of supply planning system, accurate application of demand forecasts and processing of all supplier purchase orders. Responsibilities include procurement from a designated group of supplier for all seven Texas markets and one Oklahoma market. Number of supplier shipping points may range anywhere from ten to one hundred or more. Freight routings may include either domestic or imported loads. Maintains prescribed safety stock levels and order multiples within supply chain planning system on all assigned suppliers. Programs new items in supply chain system into all applicable shipping lanes and/or shipping clusters. Reviews high volume items’ future forecasts and requests clarification of extreme anomalies. Collaborates with Purchasing Manager to set workable Buying Schedule; publishes original and any updated schedule to Marketing Managers. Performs order evaluation, standard routing and submission to supplier according to predetermined buying schedule.
Engineering Supervisor II

Responsible for assigned activities within an engineering or scientific discipline in a global business unit on a project or program. Applies broad and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to project engineering. Makes decisions independently concerning problems within the discipline on the project. Represents the discipline on the project and with the client to resolve technical questions and as required to coordinate work. Responsible for the activities on a medium size project in an engineering or scientific discipline. Supervises and provides technical direction to subordinate engineering supervisors, engineers, specialists, scientists, designers and drafters. Communicates complex technical issues and recommends solutions to upper
management. Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations and bid summaries. As an Accountant, the incumbent will be responsible for various Accounts Receivable responsibilities including but not limited to the following tasks: Collecting outstanding balances on owner accounts Researching payment / billing issues Assisting in the investigation / resolution of balance dispute issues. The main requirements are to ensure that the new facilities are properly engineered and constructed so as to be fit for purpose in the conditions in which they will operate. Major responsibilities shall include preparing and controlling schedule and budget, ensuring safety of design and work practices, coordinating with peer managers and other staff on technical matters and concerns, and ensuring compliance with Company policies with regard to purchasing, contracting, service orders, risk analysis, documenting “fit for purpose” facilities, and other areas.
